and the deposit paid can be reused within 12 months *!!!

* A deposit is required to confirm the booking.
– In case of cancellation of the reservation within the 7th day prior to arrival, a voucher is issued for the same amount as the deposit paid, which can be used for another stay (with the same minimum duration) to be made within 12 months.

– In case of cancellations made after the 7th day or in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained, as a penitential title (art. 1386 cc), as consideration for the right of withdrawal allowed to the customer.
